Joseph B. Donahue
Former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, TE Connectivity Ltd.

Mr. Donahue served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TE Connectivity Ltd., and concurrently served as President of the Network Solutions segment of TE Connectivity until the divestiture of that business in August 2015. He held a number of other leadership roles at TE Connectivity (formerly Tyco Electronics Ltd.), including President, Transportation Solutions segment, President of the Global Automotive Division, and Senior Vice President of the same division. Prior to TE Connectivity, he was Group Vice President, Wood Coatings Division, for Valspar Corporation. Before that, Mr. Donahue held a variety of senior management roles at TE Connectivity and AMP Incorporated.

Mr. Donahue holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and an M.S. in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He also holds an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University.
