Our legacy market in China has historically been more focused on the semiconductor industry, but we recognized that as a leading tech company we needed to broaden our markets and reach a wider scope of customers.

To be successful we had to first make sure we were fully prepared. So we created an innovative training system that educated our sales force. We studied our extensive product line and current market trends, and researched new customers – their needs and motivations.

Equipped with all this knowledge we were able to successfully break into untapped markets and find solutions for our new customers.

I am so proud of our team. They saw an opportunity to expand and found innovative ways to broaden their knowledge base and push the boundaries of possibilities.
