I look for innovative ways to use technology to keep our global team connected.

I grew up in India, now live in Germany and work for an organization based out of the US. If anyone understands the importance of cross-cultural collaboration, it’s me.

Our workforce is expanding more and more globally, so our technology has to keep up. We have to find innovative ways to connect - to each other and to information - in order to get the work done.

With team members all across the world analyzing data and looking for ways to optimize spend, we needed a place where we could all find the most up-to-date information at any given time, from anywhere in the world. A single source of global, validated data.

That’s what I’ve been working on for this past year at MKS. One database that consolidates all of our ERP systems. This database allows our entire team to have a visual of our complete supplier base, which helps us develop our strategy and spend intelligently. We can collaborate effectively from anywhere in the world.
