I use innovative strategies to recruit early-career talent.

By staying on the pulse of recruiting culture, I can adjust to the needs of my clients and target early-career talent with the passion and drive to be future leaders. I take any opportunity I can to network and learn from other recruiting professionals. Being willing to collaborate with colleagues at conferences and universities has given me the chance to approach recruiting from all sorts of different perspectives.

I am never complacent in our recruiting strategy. I don’t subscribe to keeping things the same. It may be safe, but that doesn’t mean it’s effective.

Even though it can be scary to try new approaches, I’m willing to accept possible failure if it means there is also the possibility of new success.
