Kathleen F. Burke
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Ms. Burke serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of MKS Instruments, Inc.. Ms. Burke joined MKS in February 2004 as Corporate Counsel and since then, has held positions of increasing responsibility as MKS’ most senior lawyer. Prior to joining MKS, Ms. Burke was a corporate attorney at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP (formerly Hale and Dorr LLP) from 1994 to 2004. Ms. Burke served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel from 2009 to 2020 and held various roles, including serving as the Chapter’s President, Vice President, and Treasurer.

Ms. Burke holds a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
