Overview
The E29FU2TDEJ6B Baratron® Ethernet-Enabled, 45°C Heated Absolute Capacitance Manometer, with an Etch Sensor features 0.02 Torr full scale pressure measurement with 0.25% accuracy, horizontal calibration, and a size NW16 ISO-KF fitting. The included “At Temperature” LED/switch indicates that the sensor is at the 45°C controlled temperature. It has efficient temperature control electronics to provide superior long-term stability and repeatability. Based on the well-established Baratron capacitance manometer technology, the sensor’s wetted surfaces are Inconel® for corrosion resistance. The modern stainless steel enclosure provides a cleanroom compatible product. The E29F is fully compatible with earlier MKS’ Types 629A, 629B, 629D, E29B, and E29D Baratron capacitance manometers, as well as many competitive products.
