MKS Announces Launch of Series 49
Complete Thermal Management System
Andover, Mass., December 7, 2016 - MKS Instruments, Inc. (NASDAQ: MKSI), a global provider of technologies that enable advanced processes and improve productivity today announced the introduction of the S49 Thermal Management System.
The Series 49 Thermal Management System features a choice of new main heater materials, an advanced heater controller and a simple user interface. Heaters are made from advanced materials that offer high energy efficiency, high operating temperatures and clean room compatibility. Heaters are available in Polyamide, the Series 49P heater, or Teflon the Series 49T heater. The intelligent and flexible Series 49 Controller, with customized temperature operation, provides a complete, configurable thermal system management, and a new intuitive user interface enables quick and easy system access, control and diagnostics. The Series 49 is designed for numerous applications requiring precise temperature control including semiconductor manufacturing, analytical instrumentation, industrial coating, biopharmaceutical manufacturing and research applications.
