Chambers & Manifolds

The Challenge:

Chambers and manifolds are manufactured to customer drawings and specifications from standard material used in vacuum systems

Emphasis on weld preparation and cleanliness ensuring weld integrity and minimum distortion

Items are cleaned to UHV standards and leak checked to a helium leak rate <10-9mbar l/s and are available for use without any additional cleaning required by the customer.
