Process Details, Procedures and Continuous Improvement (Service Bulletin)
- All repair technicians are trained on, and utilize, Manufacturing (new product) Process Details (PD) and Test Procedures (TP)
- All repair technicians have instant access (on-line) to the most current PDs and TPs and strictly follow on all repairs
- Product improvements, as part of MKSs continuous improvement process, are available for implementation on every repair.
Test Equipment
- All test equipment is provided by the Technical Product Support team for consistency
- The test stations are built and installed by Technical Product Support
- All test fixtures are provided by Manufacturing Test Engineering, using same standards as new products.
Training Certification
- All repair technicians are trained and certified by Technical Product Support
- Training is conducted annually
- Certification is provided after a First Article approval
