Field Service Agreements
- Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Agreement:
- Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Agreement is our most basic level of support focused primarily on preventative maintenance (PM) management.
- Available in 12 month increments up to 3 years.
- Comprehensive On Call Agreement:
- Priority on-site response.
- Scheduled quarterly visits to check your MKS subsystems.
- Repair or replacement of MKS non-consumable parts.
- Comprehensive Dedicated On-Site Agreement:
- Available in 12 month increments up to 3 years.
- Dedicated on-site MKS engineer.
- Repair or replacement of MKS non-consumable parts.
- Check your MKS subsystems.
- Detailed service reports after each visit.
- Guaranteed 1 hour telephone response 24/7.
- Purchased at the time unit is in warranty.
- If unit is out of warranty, it must be recertified before included in any service agreement.
- Additional fee required for recertification.
- Only MKS approved parts are used.
- On site service provided by MKS trained service engineers.
