Static electricity buildup on webs in the coating and printing processes in the atmosphere of flammable vapors presents a risk of electrostatic discharge that can cause fires.
The HL-Type Virtual AC™ Intelligent Static Neutralizers are approved by Factory Mutual for use in Class I, Division 1 and 2, Group D areas. The European version of the equipment, the Ex-Type Neutralizers are approved for the II 2 G potentially explosive atmospheres.
Patented Virtual AC™ Neutralizers are especially suited for use in classified areas thanks to the following features:
