Bindery Applications

Incline Stacker Tacking

In the "Incline Stacker Tacking" process, the finished magazines pass between two charging devices and get electrostatically compressed. They are then stacked into bundles and conveyed through a shrink-wrap tunnel. Electrostatic tacking prevents the stacks from shifting or shingling causing jams.

The 7430 Matrix Chargers offer the latest advancements from Ion Industrial's family of charging products. To maintain the stacking quality at production speeds, users can select the three-bar 7430 Matrix Charger for very thick books, or the two-bar Matrix Charger for medium-thickness books, while the single-bar 7430 Matrix Charger is the most economical and efficient model for thin books. These products will outlast any other charger in the market.
